You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
The project has not been started yet.
The initial concept does not match the agreed brief and you request cancellation before final delivery.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The project has been completed or delivered.
You approved the design concept or requested revisions.
The delay occurred due to your lack of communication or late feedback.
We offer free revisions based on the plan selected. Additional changes beyond the included revisions may require extra charges.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
